We are the University of Ghana's chapter of Enactus, a team of young innovators using business skills and entrepreneurial thinking to solve Ghana's most pressing challenges.
"Enactus is a network of leaders committed to using business as a catalyst for positive social and environmental impact. We educate, inspire, and support young people to use innovation and entrepreneurship to solve the world's biggest problems."
Based at the University of Ghana Business School, we meet every Sunday at 2PM to build ventures that transform communities across Ghana, from Accra's fishing communities to campus corridors.
From sustainable fashion to digital waste management platforms, our projects are real ventures creating real impact.

Transforming textile waste, fabric scraps, deadstock, used clothing, into premium upcycled products: tote bags, hair ties, scrunchies, customized jeans, and throw pillows. Built on high margins and near-zero raw material costs.
A webapp that rewards UG students with digital coins or sustainable artifacts for properly segregating and disposing plastic waste, turning environmental action into an incentivized habit.
Upcycling plastic waste from fishing communities in La, James Town and Korle Gonno into fashionable, sustainable bags, creating employment and fighting coastal pollution.
Ghana receives 15M tonnes of garments weekly from the Global North. At Refab, we turn this crisis into opportunity, transforming discarded textiles into premium products with near-zero input costs and growing brand equity.
"The fashion industry is the second largest polluter in the world. But at Refab, we believe that the solution is already in our hands, literally."
